Triathlon or multisport mode basically divides your triathlon into 3 categories: swimming, cycling, running; and presents them separately.

 

You can use this mode by entering:

  1. setting
  2. select multisport
  3. in next menu you can pick out different legs you’re going to do

When transitioning from example: swimming to cycling during the workout you can simply switch by using the lap button, which will make the transition between sports.

This way you can analyze all the legs separately.
